Hoisting and positioning
Hoisting
● According to the label instructions attached on unit,the unit shall be lifted and moved to the proper position while stability shall be maintained during the hoisting process.
● All the four rings on unit top must be hoisted.Three or fewer hooks to lift the unit may cause tipping over or decoupling hazards.
● After the unit is positioned,the rainproof cover on top of unit shall be removed in time to avoid fire accident during welding etc.
Positiong
● The bottom plate can be adjusted in case the ground is uneven.
● After adjusting the bathroom unit to the level,weld the anchor bolt to the deck.
Connection of pipe lines and electric cable

● Use valve to connect the inlet pipes,the material is SUS304.
● Before the whole ship piping system test,the inlet valves needed to be tuined off avoid instant huge pressure during this test which may break the pipe or damage the sanitary wares.
● Pipe testing pressure range:0.6Mpa~0.8Mpa.
